All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be canceled. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@idylle.shop within 12 hours of placement.

Full Refund or Replacement: If the item you received is damaged or incorrect.
Returns for Preference: If you no longer want the product, you can return it for a refund minus the shipping cost. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned at your expense.
Due to the nature of digital content, downloadable products (software, digital assets, etc.) are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you experience any technical issues with your file, please contact us, and we will provide a replacement immediately.
14-Day Window: You must report any issue with a physical product within 14 days of receipt.
Photo Evidence: For damaged or incorrect items, you are required to submit photo evidence to our support email.
Tracking Number: All returned items must be shipped with a valid tracking number to process your refund or replacement.
Incorrect Address: We cannot offer refunds if the order does not arrive due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Carrier Issues: Claims for packages marked as “Delivered” but not received must be filed directly with the shipping carrier
