Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

Fantastic printer, ordered it on monday and received it wednesday evening. Setup was easy and the first print was a success.
Arrived on schedule, the great machine, easy to assemble. I set up following only the manual, which is working normally. For those who were used to ender3 Pro is a good difference in print volume and speed and clear quality.
10 minutes of assembly and immediately put it to print with the filament I supplied (before that, wash the substrate with soap for trial). I printed the boat, expected it to be so, but it turned out to be perfect, watched many other similar benches on other printers and came out worse. The only thing you still need to do is make the head apart and grease the rollers inside (the lubricant is included) otherwise it creaks a lot. For my money, as for me the best choice. Fixed the problem with the cable that is attached to the table in the back, now all the wires are in thick rubber braid. I love you guys! :)
