Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled or modified until they are officially processed and shipped by our fulfillment center. Once the packaging and transit sequence has started, the order can no longer be canceled, but you can easily initiate a standard return after receiving the package.

Refunds & Returns

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. At Idylle, we want you to shop with total confidence. You can request a refund, replacement, or reshipment within 14 days of delivery if:

Physical Products:

• Wrong or Damaged Item: If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days with clear photo or video evidence at support@idylle.shop for a free replacement or full refund.
• Change of Mind: If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, unopened packaging, returned at your expense with a valid tracking number.

We do not issue a refund if:

• Your order did not arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
• Exceptional circumstances outside the control of Idylle (e.g., natural disasters, custom hold-ups, or local postal delays).

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges

Need a different item? No problem. Contact our support team first, and we will guide you through our step-by-step exchange process. Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse until we provide you with the official return authorization and correct warehouse address.

Digital Products:

Due to the immediate delivery nature of our Knowledge Hub guides, all digital sales are final once accessed or downloaded. However, your experience matters to us; if you face any technical issues, file errors, or accidental duplicate purchases, please reach out within 3 days of purchase, and we will resolve it immediately.
