To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, you must report the issue and initiate the request within 14 days of receiving your item (based on the carrier’s delivery timestamp).
After 14 days, items are legally deemed delivered in satisfactory condition, and requests cannot be processed.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will gladly issue a full refund or ship a replacement at no extra cost, subject to the following criteria:
Photo Evidence Required: You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect item via email at support@idylle.shop within the 14-day window.
Packaging vs. Product: If the shipping box/outer packaging is damaged but the actual product inside is intact and functional, claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
If you simply do not want the product you received, you may still return it under these specific conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, unopened packaging.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return tracking and shipping costs to our warehouse address.
Refund Structure: Once our facility receives and inspects the unused item, a refund will be issued minus the original processing and shipping costs incurred by the warehouse.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued under the following conditions:
The order fails to deliver because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address.
The package tracking states “Delivered” but you claim it was not received. In this scenario, the customer must file a direct missing package claim with the shipping carrier.
The order is delayed or lost due to exceptional circumstances completely beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, or postal strikes).
Send an email to support@idylle.shop with your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of the issue (along with photo evidence if the item is damaged).
Once our support team approves your request, we will provide you with the official warehouse return shipping address.
Mandatory Tracking: You must return the product using a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking number to us. We cannot process refunds or replacements without a valid return tracking number.
Upon receipt or tracking validation of the returned package, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
You may cancel your order at any time before it enters the processing and shipping sequence.
Once our automated systems pass the order to the fulfillment center and packaging begins, the order cannot be canceled. You will need to wait to receive the package and follow our standard 14-day return procedure.
