How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Send an email to support@idylle.shop with your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of the issue (along with photo evidence if the item is damaged).

  2. Once our support team approves your request, we will provide you with the official warehouse return shipping address.

  3. Mandatory Tracking: You must return the product using a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking number to us. We cannot process refunds or replacements without a valid return tracking number.

  4. Upon receipt or tracking validation of the returned package, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
