Package Tracking & Status Verifications
Every shipment initiated by Idylle Shop includes end-to-end milestone tracking to protect your purchase:
- Upon carrier dispatch, your tracking confirmation email will provide a direct tracking link and alphanumeric code.
- Please allow up to 48 hours from the receipt of the shipping notification for tracking data to properly synchronize and display milestones on the carrier’s public portal.
- Non-Arrival Protocol: In the highly rare event that your package has not been successfully delivered within six (6) business days after receiving your official shipping confirmation email, please contact our dedicated support team immediately at support@idylle.shop with your full name and order number. Our logistics managers will audit the courier dispatch immediately.
Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery Adjustments
To guarantee successful arrival, the customer is fully responsible for verifying the absolute accuracy of the shipping infrastructure coordinates supplied during the checkout process.

Address Discrepancies: Idylle Shop is not legally or financially liable for failed deliveries, lost shipments, or return-to-sender actions resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid US addresses provided by the buyer. Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

Uncontrollable Vectors (Force Majeure): Delivery disruptions, seizures, or extended delays caused by natural disasters, severe weather constraints, or localized postal strikes are explicitly excluded from our standard delivery time liability.
Order Cancellations & Modification Thresholds
Because our automated systems pass orders immediately to fulfillment centers for rapid processing:

Once a fulfillment facility begins order assembly, packaging, or carrier sorting, the order cannot be canceled or intercepted. Customers must instead follow the standard return procedure detailed in our official 14-Day Return Policy upon receipt of the items.
